From corporate events to fundraisers, we help our clients tell their stories in ways that resonate and drive results.
WeDoVids is looking for an experienced and reliable Event Photographer to join our roster on a per-project, contract basis. You’ll be capturing the energy and key moments of corporate events, conferences, fundraisers, networking mixers, and cooking competitions (yes, really). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for the decisive moment, and can deliver clean, professional images on a deadline—we want to hear from you.
This is a part-time / as-needed, 1099 remote contract position compensated on a per-project basis.
Responsibilities
- Photograph live events including corporate functions, conferences, fundraisers, and competitions
- Capture candid moments, key speakers, sponsor signage, and “people at work” style coverage
- Work efficiently in varied and sometimes challenging lighting conditions
- Deliver properly exposed, correctly composed images ready for editing
- Collaborate with the WeDoVids team on shot lists and client expectations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event and/or commercial photography
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating your work (required)
- Your own professional-grade, full-frame camera equipment (required)
- Comfortable shooting in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Miami Valley area
- Strong understanding of exposure, composition, and on-location lighting
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate professionally with clients and crew
- Familiarity with collaborative workflow tools a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-camera event coverage
